The PQ® mental fitness program is based on the research presented in Shirzad Chamine’s New York Times bestselling book Positive Intelligence and Stanford lectures. This work is a synthesis of the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science.
The program provides mental fitness training to help participants handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or negative emotions, and converts insights into lasting change through the practice of new daily habits.
I have been trained by Shirzad Chamine to coach you through the program via my role as your Pod leader. The exclusive app Shirzad has developed (only available to program participants) aligns perfectly with Damselwings’ mission to help people achieve more ease and flow in their lives.
Requirements:
- 12 weeks of programming (1 intro session, 7 weeks of video discussions, 4 weeks of integration, including deeper coverage of Saboteurs and Sage powers)
- Watch seven 1-hour weekly videos (on weekends or Mondays)
- 15 minutes/day of practice on the app
- Attend 50-minute weekly Pod meetings to share insights and ask questions
- Read at least 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence book (PDF and audio book provided)
Supplemental 1:1 coaching sessions and packages can be scheduled for an additional fee.
