30-Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge
Over the course of 30 days, we cover five different meditation techniques. Think of it as a kind of circuit training for your brain and mind/body communication channels. Each practice exercises attention and awareness in different ways, firing up different brain networks and deepening self-awareness, self-management, and personal flourishing skills in lasting ways.
We meet from Monday – Saturday from 7-7:30 am ET in our audio-only Zoom room, with Sunday for your solo practice. A weekly summary email provides guidance and links to recorded meditations to support your solo session. All skill levels are welcome!
15-Day Meditation Refresh
The 15-Day Meditation Refresh program was born when 30-Day program graduates asked for more. This program is a little different each time with respect to the meditations we practice, organically driven by the make-up of the group and what feels most in service during that session.
We meet from Monday – Friday from 7-7:30 am ET in our audio-only Zoom, with Saturday and Sunday for your solo practice. A weekly summary email provides guidance and links to recorded meditations to support your solo sessions. All skill levels are welcome!

I created the 30- and 15-Day programs because you and I both know that, no matter how convincing the facts are, and no matter how determined you may be to add meditation to your already busy schedule, it can be so easy to sleep late or skip your practice when the demands of life pull in all directions–especially when nobody else will know if you let it slide.
