Introducing the PQ® Mental Fitness Framework
Developed by Shirzad Chamine, Stanford lecturer and author of the best-selling book Positive Intelligence, the PQ® Mental Fitness program is a synthesis of the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, performance science, and habit-building research.
Just like we have an IQ measure of intelligence and an EQ measure for emotional intelligence, PQ is a measure of the amount of time we spend in positive emotion vs. negative emotion.

What You’ll Receive In the Training

Program Structure
- 12 weekly 1-hour Zoom meetings (1 intro session, 7 video review sessions, 4 integration sessions)
- Seven 1-hour weekly videos (which drop on Friday for viewing over the weekend)
- A few minutes of daily practice on the app
