The 15-Day Meditation Refresh Program, beginning on Wednesday, April 24, at 7 am ET and finishing on Wednesday, May 8, is designed to kick-start or reinforce your daily meditation habit. A 7:00 a.m. ET audio-only Zoom call is the platform for this program Monday through Friday. Weekends are for your solo practice, supported by suggested practices that I’ll provide.
Our morning sessions are 30 minutes long, divided roughly equally between guided meditation and Q&A.
