Juggling continues this week, as packages arrive at my doorstep containing inventory for my first photography exhibit on May 31 at Vienna, Virginia’s Historic Freeman Store, momentum on production of my book accelerates (I found an awesome cover designer a few days ago — yay!!), and development of my new website moves forward.
Always looking for efficiencies (remnants of my former economist self), today’s post is a preview of the new website’s “Mindfulness Resources” page. Though the lists are numbered, the titles and websites are not in order of priority. And I may tweak things a bit in advance of the new site’s launch in a few weeks.
I have only included resources that I have used and benefitted from myself. Not all of the authors would call their books “mindfulness books” per se (Ann Morrow Lindbergh’s Gift From the Sea is a good example) — but each has helped to demonstrate to me the importance of mindfulness and how to practice it.
I’m still pretty new to all of this. With a lifetime of learning ahead of me, this list will grow over time.
If you have favorite books or other mindfulness resources to recommend, please share them in the comments! They may eventually be added to this list!
