Hi everyone!

I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be starting a new round of the 30-Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge on May 15. I know many of you were toying with the idea when I ran it back in February, but didn’t feel the timing was right. Well now’s your chance! Read on to learn more about the program, and make sure to check out the awesome testimonials at the end of this note.

I’ve just unpacked my bags in my hotel room in Virginia Beach, where I’ll be speaking this Saturday at the Modern Femme #mfm2017 Convention. My talk is titled “How to Boost Your Productivity, Creativity, and Profits Through Mindfulness Practice” (cool, huh?).  I’ll be announcing this new meditation program to the group here but will be limiting the size to a manageable number. So don’t delay if you’re finally ready to kick-start your daily meditation practice!

Here are the program details if you missed them the first time around:

30-Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge

Featuring Personal Support from Author and Mindfulness Facilitator Martha Brettschneider

Are YOU ready to:

  • Wake up and cultivate deeper levels of calm instead of chaos and anxiety?
  • Develop habits that reduce stress, increase productivity, and boost creativity?
  • Learn how to implement the mindfulness skills that neuroscientists tell us lead to better health markers, improved memory, higher level thinking, greater happiness, and stronger relationships?

If the answer is yes, you are invited to join me for a very special challenge…

The 30-Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge Starts May 15, 2017!

I created this program because I know from first hand experience that no matter how convincing the facts are, and no matter how determined you may be to add mindfulness practice to your already busy schedule, it can be so easy to sleep late or skip meditation sessions when the demands of life pull in all directions–especially when nobody else will know if you let it slide.

Sound familiar?

Neuroscience and experienced practitioners confirm that the deepest benefits of mindfulness come from formal daily practice of at least ten minutes a day, preferably in the morning to cloak yourself in presence before stepping out into the world.

As with any new routine, however, accountability and support are key to follow-through.

Accountability + Support = Follow-Through

Research shows that it takes 21 days to create a habit. And together we are going to kick-start your daily meditation habit and take it a whole 30 days.

I’ll be right there with you, live on the line, every single day, starting at 6:45 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Here’s how it will roll…

You’ll dial in to a special conference line for a 6:45 a.m. EST call, where I will guide you through a 10-minute meditation right off the bat. If you choose to stay on the line, I’ll answer questions and provide additional mindfulness tips until 7:15 a.m.

Here’s the real value added. Every single day, I will write a summary of the Q&A discussion, so if you can’t stay for the discussion on a given day you’ll still have access to the tips, resources, and shared experience that only a live conversation can provide. My support doesn’t stop there, though. If life gets in the way and you aren’t able to make the live call at all, you can request a recording of the meditation and I’ll send it along for you to access on your own schedule. Pretty nice, right?

As a former economist, I promise I will keep this process super efficient and laser focused. I know you need to get started on your day. But this way, you’ll do it with presence and peace in every step, while filling your mindfulness toolbox with a rich variety of formal and informal mindfulness meditation techniques.

This program is for YOU if you are finally ready to establish a regular meditation practice once and for all, to make it a habit, and experience more calm, focus, productivity, creativity, and intentionality in your life.

Please join me for a cup of calm each morning for 30 days.

(For the price of a daily cup of coffee.)

And here’s the best part!

Increased inner peace, more skillful decision-making, higher efficiency, stronger relationships, and better health are truly invaluable, wouldn’t you agree? What would just ONE of those be worth to you?

I set the price to be a no-brainer because I REALLY want it to be easy for you to experience the life-changing benefits of meditation that I have created in my own life. That’s why my 30-Day Meditation Challenge (with live, personal support!) is priced at just $87.

Meditation is a PROVEN tool to help you wake up to your life. So it seemed only fitting that I set a price for this program comparable to what you’d pay for a daily cup of coffee over the course of the challenge.

I can’t wait for YOU to experience the myriad of ways that an established meditation practice is going to help you wake up to your life, be more productive and efficient, and experience more fulfillment–both at home and at the office.

Talk about return on investment! If you still need convincing, scroll down to hear what former participants have said about this transformative program.

Space is limited because I’m committed to this being an intimate group.

I can’t wait to get started!

Still on the fence? (Ouch!)

Let me tell you a bit more of my story…

Rest assured, I’ve been where you are right now.

When I first stumbled upon mindfulness teachings in 2009 (quite by accident, but that’s another story), I was recovering from breast cancer. I never would have placed myself in the meditating demographic prior to that! Meditating was for crystal-carrying hippie types who had time to escape to spiritual retreats for days or weeks at a time, not productive people like me with busy families and professional ambitions, right?

Wrong.

My cancer experience sparked an epiphany. I had been missing out on the beauty of my life as it was happening right in front of my nose. My constant focus on when my “next chapter” in life would begin and what that would look like led to tremendous stress, anxiety, discontent, and inefficient decision-making. My inability to live in the present moment created suffering not only for myself, but also for my family through the negative energy I spewed into our home environment. (For more on my personal journey, read my book.)

(Martha before she discovered mindfulness.)

Before discovering mindfulness, I had no idea that not all the thoughts in my head are to be trusted. And even more importantly, I had no idea that I have a choice in which thoughts to pay attention to and which I can simply ignore.

I wanted to take control of my own state of mind, health, and wellness. The mountain of neuroscience is what finally convinced me that daily meditation was the most efficient means to do it.

Personal study through books, online courses, apps, meditation groups, and retreats was the easy part. The real challenge was learning how to carve out the time for a daily practice–and sticking with it.

Through my own trial and error over the years, I learned and applied strategies for a routine that proved to be the most effective way to make room for meditation in my life–first thing in the morning, before the day’s distractions got in the way.

Perhaps 6:45 a.m. sounds early. Or perhaps you’re accustomed to rising early, but not for meditation. Either way, you can do this! Think of it as an early coffee visit with a friend. And hey, because it’s by phone, you don’t even need to get out of your pajamas. Heck, you don’t even need to brush your teeth. We are going to connect via our conference line. So nobody will see your bed head hair or yesterday’s makeup or whatever the case may be. You are ready — as you are. Just promptly dial in to our 6:45 EST connection.

I will be there for you, showing up each morning for encouragement, answering whatever questions you may have along the way, providing summary emails every day. And don’t worry–I’m the person who once asked a nun at a meditation retreat what to do when too much spit collects in your mouth during meditation, so no question is too embarrassing to ask me.

Let’s do this. Are you ready to finally show up for yourself?

Looking for a little more reassurance? Check out these first hand accounts of past participants!

“Before the 30-Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge I spontaneously reacted to events based on how I felt and thought at the time. This led me to sometimes be discontent and critical regarding how I responded. Thanks to this program I see that I can step back and observe how I’m feeling and thinking before I respond. This has helped me to be more proactive in responding to events and as a result I’m a much calmer and thoughtful person.”

~ Maureen Luna Long, Senior Economist, Legislative Branch

“Martha’s expertise is based on extensive research, study of the brain and personal practice. Her teachings explain the science, show us how to apply meditation principles and encourage exploration. At every turn of our challenge, she offered more information: books, apps, websites, blogs, other meditation techniques and teachers, and her personal experiences. I have learned how a part of the brain functions and that we can guide our inner voice.”

~ Laura Skoff, CAE, Virtual Management Innovator, Executive Director and Interim COO, Team Dynamics, Inc.

“I appreciate the breadth and depth of Martha’s skills and knowledge in mindfulness techniques, which she delivers in a straightforward and accessible way, allowing immediate integration of practices that meaningfully impact wellbeing for body and mind. Her rich and insightful offerings provide new ‘tools for the toolbox’ every time.”

~ Carolyn Black Bagdoyan, Owner and Founder, Heart Tree Yoga

“I loved the introduction to different types of meditation. I definitely found certain methodologies easier for me than others and if I’d only been exposed to one or two, I may have dropped it thinking that it just wasn’t for me.  I liked calling in–much easier than going somewhere, which would be hard to justify for a short session and too hard to fit in for a longer session.  I think the built in Q&A session is perfect for newcomers.”
